Laura is a fully qualified yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience, teaching across Ireland and globally through online sessions.
Her path led her to India, where she immersed herself in the traditional roots of yoga to deepen her understanding and practice. This experience became the foundation for her approach and the creation of Mind’s Eye Training.
Today, Laura integrates yoga, breathwork, and self-mastery practices to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, building awareness, and creating lasting inner change.
Her teaching style is grounded, practical, and focused on real transformation—helping you move beyond patterns and into clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
